Debut’s Plan Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (these “Terms”) set forth the terms and conditions for using the global online voting service entitled “Debut’s Plan” (newkids.co.kr) provided by Starship Entertainment Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”).Please note that Debut’s Plan is a global online voting service (hereinafter referred to as the “Service”) created to support the event entitled “Debut’s Plan – For NewKids on the STARSHIP” hosted by the Company (the “Event”) and that the Service will only be operated temporarily until all procedures and related arrangements for the Event are completed.Upon termination of the Service, membership will be automatically cancelled without any additional procedures.Please refer to the separately provided Privacy Policy for more detailed information on the personal information necessary to join as a member and participate in the voting, as well as the usage and disposal of such personal information.
1. Membership Registration and Cancellation
  • ① In order to join the Service as a member, you must be at least: (i) fourteen (14) years of age in the Republic of Korea; (ii) thirteen (13) years of age in the United States; (iii) 14 years of age in the People’s Republic of China; and (iv) sixteen (16) years of age everywhere else.
  • ② Email address will be collected at time of membership registration, and the email address, verified by a confirmation code, will become the member ID.
  • ③ You can set your password using a combination of eight (8) to thirty-two (32) characters, including letters, numbers and special characters, and you shall be responsible for managing your password.
  • ④ If you cancel your membership and re-register, you cannot use an email address you used previously within twenty-four (24) hours.
2. Using the Service
  • ① The Service will be supported on both web and mobile web and be provided in Korean and English.
  • ② SMS verification via mobile phone is required to participate in voting.
  • ③ You cannot register for multiple accounts using the same mobile number, and only one mobile phone number can be registered per member ID.
  • ④ Please refer to the separate voting screen for more detailed information on how to vote and restrictions on voting.
3. Prohibited Activities and Restrictions① The following activities are prohibited within the Service:
  • You can only vote once a day per ID, and any attempt to bypass this restriction is strictly prohibited.
  • Interfering with proper membership process and management of voting verification, such as using someone else’s email address illegally or using another person’s mobile phone for verification, among others, is strictly prohibited.
  • Interfering with the proper operation of the Service by abnormal methods, such as creating excessive traffic, is strictly prohibited.
② The Service will take the following measures in response to the prohibited activities:
  • Any fraudulent votes will be excluded from the vote count.
  • Any member who engages in fraudulent voting will be prohibited from voting in any polls thereafter.
  • Any member who registers as a member or votes in a fraudulent manner will get the membership revoked and banned from re-registering.
4. Governing Law① These Terms will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea.② Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Service shall be resolved by the court with jurisdiction pursuant to the Korean Civil Procedure Act.
5. Effective Date① These Terms will take effect on March 8, 2025.② Validity of these Terms shall expire upon termination of the Service.Please direct any inquiries regarding the Service and/or these Terms to support@newkids.co.kr.
