Final "Debut Member" vote

"Please vote for the 7 NewKids you want" Add up the final vote and board choice 5 out of 7 members will be decided

The remaining two debut members will be decided by the fan SAVE vote and the <Debut's Plan> board SAVE on the day of the live broadcast
